Our terms and conditions regarding your booking with cheap-taxis.com.

By making a reservation with Cheap-Taxis.com online, you confirm that you have read, understand and accept the following conditions.

We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our website, following which all use of our website will be governed by the new version. You must check the terms and conditions on the website regularly.

Our terms and conditions and your use of our web site are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and in the event of any dispute under our contract, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

In these booking conditions references to “you” and “your” and “passenger(s)” include the person named on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is transferred.

Please Note: All our booking requests are subject to our operator's acceptance / availability / confirmations
Clients will be liable for the costs of a no-show to our ground handlers if there has been no attempt to make contact or you, the client, have taken alternative transportation. By accepting our terms and conditions, you are accepting these terms.

Confirmation is by means of a valid E-TICKET
Our booking process consists of two parts
A) Booking request made and the booking fee paid for online – NB: Please note this is not a deposit payment
B) Confirmation of transfer via our partners – producing a valid e-ticket emailed to the client

Cheap-Taxis.com terms and conditions
1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions:

“Booking fee” means a payment range between £10.00 > £40.00 (£20>£40 for ski transfers) is made to cover admin charges to process a transfer request, schedule and issue the relevant e-ticket confirmations.
“No show” means you have not made contact with our driver or cheap-taxis.com.
“Airport” means the airport as mentioned in the Web Site for the purpose of the Service.
“Content” means information in any form published on the Web Site by us or any third party with our consent.
“Journey” means a journey to or from the Airport in addition to any alternate pre-arranged pick-up and drop facility of such distance as requested by you.
“Requested pick up time” means this is a request and not a guaranteed time of pickup – pickup times are subject to availability and can change due to operational requirements; any alterations are notified on a valid eticket.

When placing a booking, you undertake to us that all the details you have supplied are correct, including passenger name, dates, pick-up information and credit or debit card details.
If there are changes to the details supplied, it will be your responsibility to contact us and request changes.
Cheap-Taxis.com will put its best endeavours to find and rectify any errors and omissions as quickly as possible. However, there may be times when obvious errors occur, such as the price or some other detail displayed being incorrect. In this case, Cheap-Taxis.com shall reserve the right to cancel that reservation, and the customer will not have any liability in this regard.

Use of our website content by third parties for any purpose other than booking transfers is prohibited, including the modification, subsequent publication and total or partial reproduction or representation of the same without the express consent of Cheap-Taxis.com

 
   Contract
 
Cheap-Taxis.com acts as a booking agent for our partners, and the contract for the provision of the transportation service is between you and the service provider. When you submit your request for a service, your reservation details are sent to the service provider and only when the service provider accepts your reservation a confirmation email is sent to you, and the contract between you and the service provider is formed and complete.

By booking a service on our website, you are entering into a contract with the service provider and not Cheap-Taxis.com. You agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions when you make a reservation.

   Liability
 

The liability for the provision of transfer services between you and the service provider is restricted solely to those two parties between whom the service has been contracted.
Cheap-Taxis .com liabilities resulting from this agreement shall, therefore, be limited to those of a third-party broker between you and the service provider. Any liabilities resulting from the provision of the transfer service shall be the sole responsibility of the service provider and their insurance companies.
In agreeing to these terms and conditions, you accept that Cheap-Taxis.com will in no way be held responsible for any losses, expenses or claims made by you in the event of any problem associated with the service, the ceasing of trading by the Service Provider, the incorrect processing of your booking by the Service Provider, errors made by you when making the booking or inaccurate or incomplete information provided to us during the booking process.
Cheap-taxis.com accepts no liability for incorrect pricing due to technical errors on its web pages or generated eticket confirmations.

Neither we nor the service provider will be responsible for any losses you may suffer (including, for example, missed flights) due to your failure to allow sufficient time for your journey or incorrect data supplied within the booking form; it is the client's responsibility to ensure all information asked within the booking form is correct when placing the transfer booking.

Global Force Majeure
Cheap-taxis.com and the service provider cannot be held liable for any travel disruptions, delays, changes or cancellation of service due to force majeure, or for other circumstances that are unforeseeable or beyond the service provider control, such as airlines ceasing trading or such things as global pandemics, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions etc or global climate-related issues.
For any such instance, please use your paid receipt or invoice to seek compensation from your travel insurance.

 

 
   Availability of Service
 
We are entitled, on behalf of the service provider, to refuse any order placed by you. We do not guarantee to allocate a service provider to every booking request successfully. In the unlikely event that we are unable to allocate a provider to your booking request, we will email you to advise you as soon as possible and make any refunds due.
 

Our On-line Booking services are provided on an “as is” basis, and we do not make any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the availability of any product(s).

Child seats
Where we offer child seats or booster seats as a free complimentary service, we do not guarantee as these are subject to availability on the day: We have introduced a paid service on some routes where we guarantee seats that are payable to the driver on the day at a cost of only 3 euros per seat per way, of course, you may bring your own seats without any problems. If you would like the paid service, please advise us on your booking form or email.

 
   Payments
 
Our booking fee payments are made by using our payment link found in your reservation email or online link. Payments are conducted using Stripe / PayPal and their terms and conditions apply.
Please note – We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties.
You confirm that the payment details you provide to them for the purpose of booking a service are correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the booking fee of the service. Child seat payments are emailed on an order basis where shown
All payments payable to the driver are at our discounted web rates and must be paid in local currency. In very rare circumstances our ground ops do have the right to alter their rates for bookings made and future bookings this may be due for example excessive fuel price spikes, road closures causing extensive longer travel routes, for example, a mountain tunnel closure etc. Any alteration in price will be at its minimum.
Fees paid to secure your booking have been taken into account and the web rate shown reflects this compared to our call centre rates. This fee is classed as the booking fee and not a deposit fee and is therefore non-refundable.
 
   Amendments
Changes to your reservation must be submitted by email to info @cheap-taxis.com using the details contained in your confirmation email.
 
You can make changes to your reservation up to 48 hours before the pick-up or arrival time. After this period, you must contact the service provider directly by calling the number provided in your booking confirmation email. All amendments are subject to availability. No fees are incurred to you for this amendment service.
 
Amendments or cancellation requests should not be made with the drivers.
 
   Cancellations
 
For all cancellations, there is a £10.00 admin charge, this is normally covered by your original booking fee, and if so, no further charges apply - Please note the booking fee is not a deposit and is non-refundable.

You will not be charged for the full transfer fare (payable to the driver as per your e-ticket confirmation) by our transfer partner, provided that you cancel at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date of your transfer. Cancellations within 72hrs may have charges applied. Any in-resort cancellations within this time exclude any refunds on payments made to our partner. 

You can cancel your reservation via email up to 72 hours before your arrival date or by emailing us at info @cheap-taxis.com. After this period, you must contact the service provider directly by calling the number provided in your booking confirmation email.

*Global Force Majeure
Cheap-taxis.com and the service provider cannot be held liable for any travel disruptions, delays, changes or cancellation of service due to force majeure, or for other circumstances that are unforeseeable or beyond the service provider control, such as airlines ceasing trading or such things as global pandemics, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions etc or global climate-related issues.
For any such instance, please use your paid receipt or invoice to seek compensation from your travel insurance. 

We will advise you as soon as possible to the e-mail address you have provided if for any reason the service can not be provided and as a result, your booking needs to be cancelled.
For custom transfers, long-distance transfers (over 100km), bus transfers (over 9 passengers) the free cancellation period is up to 10 days before the pick-up time. By making a booking with us you agree to pay the full cost of the booked service in case of a cancellation within the chargeable cancellation period.

All refunds are subject to our ground handlers own terms and conditions

   Waiting Times and Contact Procedure

At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival. Our partners reserve the right to implement waiting time fees after the initial wait of 1hr. Fees are subject to our partner's terms and conditions and can be requested at any time. The free waiting time from any other point shall be restricted to 15 minutes after the agreed time.

In the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is the passenger(s) responsibility to call the emergency number provided in the booking confirmation email to make contact with the driver.

If the passenger(s) fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and within 20 minutes for non-airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no-show and you accept to pay the full cost of the booked service and as such, no refund will apply. Please also note when a no show has been incurred this will automatically cancel any other service booked including a return transfer back to the airport.
Requested pickup times, for return transfers back to the airport our booking form allows requested pickup times by the client, please note on some occasions your requested pickup time may be amended due to scheduling purposes, known road works and weather conditions – it is the clients' responsibility to check their e-ticket confirmations for all transfer times. You must confirm your return transfer 48hrs before your transfer date to avoid any issues

   Delayed and Diverted Flights

Your flight will be monitored for delays by the local dispatch office and in the case that your flight is delayed your reservation will be automatically updated to the arrival time of the flight. If the arrival flight is delayed for more than two hours you must get in touch to advise and/or if there is no information provided by the airline about the new arrival time of the flight, the service provider does not guarantee that there will be a driver and vehicle available at the actual arrival time of the flight.
 
If your flight is diverted to another airport your reservation will be automatically cancelled with no charge.
 
   Luggage
 
Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to travel with excess baggage. This is to ensure that the vehicle provided can accommodate you. The passenger(s) shall be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles be required to transport non-declared excess or oversized luggage.
 
   Special Requests, Trip Time and Vehicles
 
During the booking process, you may request extra services. We will endeavour to pass on all such requests to the service provider, however, we cannot guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you if they are not. Child/baby seats will be provided if requested whenever possible, however, there may be rare instances when such seats are unable to be provided due to unforeseen last minute vehicle substitution, for example. Please note that we do not guarantee that the seats provided will be a perfect fit for your child.
 
The distance and trip time provided are for planning purposes only. You may find that construction projects, traffic, weather, or other events may cause conditions to differ from the information published and you should plan your trip accordingly.

The images of the vehicle make and model shown on the quote page are for illustration purpose only and do not guarantee that these exact vehicles will be provided by the service provider.

Cheap-Taxis.com makes no guarantee of the suitability of a particular service for your request and is not responsible for the choice you make.

 
Force Majeure
 
 

Cheap-Taxis.com and the service provider cannot be held liable for delays, changes or cancellation of service due to force majeure, or to other circumstances that are unforeseeable or beyond the service provider control, such as accidents suffered by third parties on the transfer route, police checkpoints,acts of terrorism, global pandemics, extreme weather conditions, global climate-related issues etc.

For any such instance, please use your paid receipt or invoice to seek compensation from your travel insurance.
