"I used cheap taxis for a transfer from Milan Bergamo for myself and my two sons. Excellent communication and reasonable prices. I got a text the night before our transfer from our driver, Choin, confirming pickup details and how many booster seats I needed. Our flight was delayed an hour and when we landed it took us 2 hours to get through passport control! I was sure the driver would have left but when we got through Choin was there waiting. I was so grateful! On our return journey I needed to change the pickup time by an hour and this was organised easily the night before. I’d definitely recommend."
"I never do this but I felt compelled to write a review to say what a superb experience I have had using this company to transfer us from BGY ariport in Milan down to Lake Garda. Firstly the communications prior to travel were excellent, then upon landing we had a good prompt and polite text from our driver, I had to advise him that passport control was crazy busy and would take over an hour but he still stayed in the arrivals lounge to provide our transport. Additionally, and this is above and beyond in my opinon. I left my headphones in the taxi, made contact with the driver who then went out of his way to ensure they were passed onto the other driver who would be picking us up from the Lake. This driver also arrived in great time was kind and very polite too and presented me with my lost headphones! Can't fault the company at all and the 2 representatives were excellent ambassadors "
