Initially wasn't sure about this company, and was actually suspicious about all of the 5 star reviews.
However have to say that everything was as smooth as could be hoped for. Taxis from Geneva to Chamonix and back were on time. Communication from the driver was excellent and we were able to change pick up time on the way back as concerned about Geneva rush hour. Taxi still arrived in Chamonix 20 minutes early to pick us up. The price was excellent compared to other companies and despite misgivings about paying the full fare after the first trip, would thoroughly recommend using this company. Thank you and will be using you again at some stage.

Am totally happy to say that any concerns that I had were completely unfounded and the whole process was excellent throughout. Very grateful to Paul and his team for such a high quality service.

After checking reviews for various companies we stumbled across Cheap-taxis. What a find !!!! 2 families 7 passengers. Booking was very easy. We headed to Feurtaventura and hoped for something good. We didn't get good .... we got great. Easy to find, spotless minibuses, prompt service. A great experience which exceeded our expectations. We would recommend to anyone and will definitely use again.

Very easy to book online with an immediate confirmation of price. On arrival at Tenerife airport the driver was waiting for us and provided us with a safe journey to our accommodation in a spotlessly clean vehicle. I Found this company online, I used them at Xmas returned journey Fuerteventura, the customer service is excellent(Paul) I had a few queries before I booked which he was happy to help out, also the website has an online chat which I used a few times, on which they answered straight away, taxis on time, and clean. Fantastic service in Gran Canaria, at first we were a bit unsure about Cheap taxi’s especially when we had to pay the driver when the dropped us off at the apartment, we were a bit frightened that they wouldn’t be there to pick us up on our return to the airport. We needn’t of worried they were there before pick up time.
We would definitely recommend cheap-taxis and we will be using them again.

We used cheap-taxis in July/August 2021, the driver was waiting for us as we arrived with our bags.
Super easy service especially traveling with a 1 year old and it being our first holiday!
We was contacted the day before departure to say that there was possible road works on the road and was advised to change the pick up to 30 minutes earlier. We agreed and was very thankful as we arrived at the airport on time and it meant there was no stress added to our trip.

Regarding the transfers, from Fuerteventura to the hotel and from the hotel to Fuerteventura airport the service was impeccable.
Both of the drivers showed up in a sparkly clean car, really spacious and in an almost new vehicle, drove professionally and welcomed us with a smile on their face - a thing that makes a pleasant and important difference to me.

Returned from majorca yesterday. Absolutely fabulous professional company. The online chat option is a fantastic facility to use giving immediate answers to your enquiries or if you need any extra help with anything. Great service, very impressed. After having to cancel a transfer with a different company last year due to Covid and still waiting for a refund (not replying to any emails), we were rather apprehensive booking another but needn’t have worried. Very professional, drivers helpful and on time. Will be using them again next year for our family holiday to Puerto Pollensa.

Great! On arrival no one was waiting but after a phone call I was informed the earlier flight was delayed, they apologised and the car arrived within 15 minutes. On the return, the taxi was half an hour early. Both drivers were very helpful and I will definitely be using again and recommending to friends.

Great experience. Me and my wife went to Majorca for a week. We booked with Cheap taxis and it was a dream. Our taxi driver was waiting just outside the door of arrivals with our name on a plaque, he took our luggage and drive us to the resort . On return our driver was a few mins early which was great. Comfortable ride again back to the airport. Clean car ,safe drive and no fuss. Paid exactly what was quoted. Was always kept informed via txt so never worried. Brilliant careful and considerate service from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

We have always received a great service and have used the company many times over the years for our transfers to and from the airport. This is the first time using Cheap Taxis and it won't be the last. From our first enquiry about the service with Paul we felt confident booking.
The driver was waiting for us as we came out of baggage reclaim, he took us to the mini bus which was clean and comfortable. On the return journey we asked to change our pick up time and this was done straight away for us, the driver was spot on time for pick up. They even followed this up when we got home checking everything went well with our pick up.

Never used this service before, always, went on the coach transport. 😒but my son had used this taxi service. And told me they were very good. I will definitely be not going on the coach transport again. Will all ways go with this taxi company. Very helpful and professional.

The booking was easy to set up.
The taxi was at palma Airport when we arrived.
The driver was polite, the taxi was clean and the free booster seats as booked were there. We had to change our departure time due to Thomas Cook going out of business and this was no problem.

We kept in touch through txts. All in all a great experience and would use again

Tremendous

Inbound flight was delayed, so we’d landed after midnight

Driver met where arranged, after baggage claim, with a nice clear sign on their iPad

Helped us with the luggage, and spoke away to our shattered 2yr old

Driver chatted away, dealt with local diversions, and made sure we were in the Airbnb before even asking for the pre-arranged fare.

Excellent, clean, modern and spacious vehicle. Came with car seat, as requested too.

5 stars is more than deserved!
