We have used this taxi service for several years when we holiday in Desanzano. Communication with the firm is excellent; we got prompt replies and the drivers have always been on time; waiting for us at the airport and arriving early for the return journey. I would recommend them highly and will use them again when we return to Italy.

I was in a very tricky situation, whilst I was waiting inside London Stansted Airport Terminal for my departure flight, my travel plans from Fuerteventura Airport to the apartment got changed. I quickly had to search online to find airport transfer to Corralejo. Some companies refused to accept my booking due to not giving them advance notice.

Paul from Cheap-taxis.com emailed me back to check if I needed anything as I was having some issues during the online form process.

Myself and Paul were in constant communication via email and Paul quickly found me a taxi driver. The booking was confirmed as my plane was taxing to the runway.

Excellent service from start to finish, picked up from the airport with no delays, was a little worried on our return back, as are pick up was 4am in the morning, there was no need to worry as our driver was there spot on time. Highly recommended and will defiantly using again in the near future.

We used Cheap-Taxis this week for transfers from Pisa airport to Florence. Don't be put off by the name 'Cheap'- this does not reflect the service at all;
clean luxury cars (with free sweets!), kind helpful drivers and a really efficient service. and all for more that £100 less than other quotes.
I needed to change the collection time for our return journey and this was requested on a Sunday and answered and sorted out within a couple of hours.
I can't speak highly enough of this service and will definitely be using and recommending them in the future.

We are just back from a week in Majorca (24.8.24) and booked cheap taxis based on the recommendations. The service and communications were excellent. We were an hour delayed coming in, but still there waiting for us. Our resort was an hour away from the airport and pleased we booked the taxi as the 'bus transfer' would have took far longer! Plus cost of the taxi - which was clean and comfortable was only about £15 euros more than the bus transfer cost (worth every penny) particularly as our return was 4.00am on a Saturday morning and the mini bus taxi was there on time. Totally 'hassle free, affordable and efficient service and would recommend to all.

Bubbly Monica greeted us at Fuerteventura airport, and took us to Corralejo, smiling all the way, and a very pleasant gentleman picked us up at Corralejo to take us back to the airport after our lovely holiday. Used cheap-taxis.com 12 September 2024, we arrived at Alicante airport to be met in the arrivals hall by the driver for our journey to Benidorm, on arrival in Benidorm we could not access the accommodation, without hesitation he turned the taxi around and took us into the centre to the offices who had the keys to the apartment, they were in a shopping precent, he parked the taxi up and set off on foot to locate the offices, would only leave us once he found them,

on the 15th September 2024 on our return from Benidorm to Alicante airport we were picked up by a different driver, on arrival and after about 15 minutes after the taxi had dropped us off one of our party realised he had dropped his passport, mobile phone and wallet in the taxi, I called the main office and spoke to a gentleman called Carlo, he told me not to worry he would arrange for the driver to return and for me to go outside and wait for him, sure enough he arrived and handed me the items, when I tried to pay him for his troubles he insisted he would not take anything,
I wish I had taken both drivers names as I would have included them in my review,
what a service !!

Had a wonderful experience with cheap taxis. They give a very quick and kind response to questions. We had an hour delay and I immediately informed them. I got a quick reply as confirmation of my message.

The lady who brought us to our hotel in Spain (from Girona Airport) was very kind. She drove very careful as there was heavy rainfall and she helped me to get out of the van with my baby in the rain (who was asleep at the time). She covered him with a blanket so he wouldn't get wet. I wish I asked for her name because she deserves to be complimented.
On our trip back to the airport (a week later), we had a nice driver again. He got us at the airport within 25 minutes. Both ways went perfect; accurate, kind and on time. The price and quality of the company is top notch and definitely not the last time we'll be using this company.

I can not speak more highly of this service! I had an unusual situation and the team, Paul, was a hero, a superstar. I ended up boarding my flight alone (taxi booked for 3) I was taken to my hotel by a lovely driver, and after 2 days (I was supposed to be away for 7) I needed to head back to the UK. As my trip was a prepaid return I asked if I could move the collection day- no problem at all. I needed collecting at 3am… again no problem at all. Communication was fantastic. He answered all of my questions and queries and explained what I did not understand. If you have reservations, don’t. This company was by far the cheapest for transfers and the customer service was fabulous. Recommend 100 times over and will use again!

Booked for the first time for a transfer from Tenerife Airport to our apartment
Our driver was waiting for us once we had collected our luggage.
We were taken straight to our taxi which was a small mini bus very clean & tidy & dropped off outside our apartment.
As instructed I contacted them the day before our return journey & asked if they could pick us up at a different entrance to our apartment & they actually sent a picture to check the exact location.
On the pick up day the taxi was already waiting for us .
I would definitely use Cheap Taxis again excellent service.

I've recently returned from a few nights away in Fuerteventura and used Cheap Taxis for our transfer from the airport to El Cotillo. Both the journey there and back were excellent. A large mini bus for the 4 of us and very friendly and careful drivers on both trips. I'd emailed before and while away to check everything was OK and it couldn't have gone smoother. On our return journey, leaving at 7am, the driver was there ready at 6.45am so plenty of time to load up and get to the airport.

I need to send this email to you in person, in addition to posting general media reviews.

This is the first time we have used Cheap Taxis in all the years we have visited Tenerife and can I say that we will never use any other company again.  We were treated like royalty the moment we were met at the Arrivals Terminal.  Your driver carried all the ladies bags and made us feel very welcome. The mini bus was superbly clean and smelled super fresh and the transfer was completed in excellent time.

As requested I confirmed the day before our departure that everything was still as booked.  About 2 hours before our departure time your driver contacted to ask if we would accept an earlier collection time as the motorway was extremely busy and he didn’t want us to be delayed.  What a lovely gesture .  Again the vehicle was spotlessly clean and the driver again carried all the ladies luggage.

What a top company.   Do you only operate in Tenerife ?  If you have other operational destinations please let me know then I can pass this info on to friends and family via social media.

I was a bit wary to start with as their prices were a good bit cheaper than others we have used before……… and I mean a good bit! Also with others we have paid the company before we travelled and with Cheap Taxis you just pay €10 and then pay the driver on the outward journey and then you’re done for both the outward and return. ………… but fear not, they are fantastic. On time, no hassles and good communication via email with Paul. I made a schoolboy error on the return journey and needed to get it changed……… this was also no hassle for Cheap Taxi either. Definitely be my go to transfer company from here on.

Very pleased with the service and the price The driver was waiting for us at the airport holding my name aloft. He then grabbed my luggage and we followed him to a mini bus which was parked right outside the front door of the airport and we were at our hotel 35 mins later. Our return was just as easy the driver was outside our hotel waiting for us in plenty of time and we got to the airport check in in ample time. I would definitely recommend Cheap Taxi's, don't let the name put you off. Their vehicles are good and the whole booking cost me 10 pounds for the initial on line booking then I paid the driver 110 Euros on arrival. Don't be put off by the name of this Company. They are indeed cheap but besides that they offer an excellent service from start to finish! Booking confirmations are very detailed and although our flight was two hours late the driver was waiting at the appointed area and provided a swift transfer to our Hotel in Cala D'or. The return transfer was equally efficient. I would recommend this Company and will certainly use them again.

This is a great company. We arranged three transfers. 1) Naples Airport to hotel in Ravello (1 hour away) 2) We had a van take us from our hotel in Ravello to Pompeii and wait for us with our bags while we saw the ruins, then take us all to Herculaneum, and wait for us while we saw those ruins, and then take 4 of us to the Naples airport. 3) A car to pick up two of us at the Herculaneum archeological site and take us back to the hotel in Ravello. Paul checked the order with us to make sure it was correct, sent us the confirmations and all cars showed up on time. The drivers were great and spoke English. The texted us on WhatsApp when they arrived and we had zero problems. Really professional. The price was also the lowest we could find. We highly recommend this company.

Used Cheap taxis for airport transfer from Pisa to Lucca, Excellent service, on time good clean car and pleasant drivers. With time on our hands on the return the driver even went out of the way a bit to point out some of the historical buildings in Pisa. I don't normally leave reviews, but on this occasion, I certainly need to. Great service from Paul and his drivers, who were on time for both transfers from Fuerteventura airport to Jandai. They were very polite and helpful. So easy. We would certainly recommend this company to others and would definitely book again, mainly due to inflated prices from other transfer companies.

Easy booking experience was followed by a flawless transfer. Punctual driver had clear name sign on arrival and the vehicle was modern and transferred my family to Salou within 15 minutes. Tom took us both ways to Les Arcs from Geneva and back.
He arrived on time, the 'bus' was clean, new and comfortable for 7 of us. We made great time on the way there and on the way back - avoided lots of the traffic and even provided bottled water for us!

Was alittle dubious about using this firm but the service provided was Simply Tremendous. Everything was top class and professional from the meet and greet, to the vehicle to everything being on time, totally seamless. Took so much stress out of our trip.

Booked online for a return transfer from Alicante Airport. There were 9 of us including 2 young children and booster seats were provided free of charge. Lots of companies charge extra for these. Our driver was waiting at arrivals & he was very friendly and helped with our cases. We had to pay the fare when we arrived which can be a bit worrying but our driver was there early on our return date and waited patiently while we checked out of our apartments. We’ve just returned from a week long stay in Mallorca and cannot recommend this company highly enough. I’ll admit I was a bit dubious about using cheap-taxis.com at first as it just seemed too good to be true (WAY cheaper than everyone else for a return journey and only a small upfront deposit). But the service we received was totally faultless. Clear, concise instructions in advance on where and how to meet our driver, who was waiting for us on arrival at Palma. Similarly, on the way back, our driver arrived at our accommodation exactly on time. Both vehicles were new, clean, and air conditioned. It feels a bit odd to pay for both journeys in cash upfront but we really needn’t have worried. We’re heading to Lanzarote at Christmas and will definitely use cheap-taxis.com again!

Initially wasn't sure about this company, and was actually suspicious about all of the 5 star reviews.
However have to say that everything was as smooth as could be hoped for. Taxis from Geneva to Chamonix and back were on time. Communication from the driver was excellent and we were able to change pick up time on the way back as concerned about Geneva rush hour. Taxi still arrived in Chamonix 20 minutes early to pick us up. The price was excellent compared to other companies and despite misgivings about paying the full fare after the first trip, would thoroughly recommend using this company. Thank you and will be using you again at some stage.

Fantastic service in Gran Canaria, at first we were a bit unsure about Cheap taxi’s especially when we had to pay the driver when the dropped us off at the apartment, we were a bit frightened that they wouldn’t be there to pick us up on our return to the airport. We needn’t of worried they were there before pick up time.

Great experience. Me and my wife went to Majorca for a week. We booked with Cheap taxis and it was a dream. Our taxi driver was waiting just outside the door of arrivals with our name on a plaque, he took our luggage and drive us to the resort . On return our driver was a few mins early which was great. Comfortable ride again back to the airport. Clean car ,safe drive and no fuss. Paid exactly what was quoted. Was always kept informed via txt so never worried. Brilliant careful and considerate service from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

I booked my airport transfer on a very short notice and it was fantastic and very uncomplicated! I was guided through the booking process via the chat, which was really helpful. The driver was really nice too. Great service!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Cheap Taxis for your airport transfers. We have always received a great service and have used the company many times over the years for our transfers to and from the airport. Driver has always been waiting at the airport for us when we arrived - whether we arrived early or had been delayed - and I can honestly say that no driver has ever been late in picking us up to go back to the airport. The cars are always immaculate and the drivers friendly. Website is easy to use and you receive an email confirmation of your booking quickly. If you need to amend your booking in any way this is easily done by dropping them a quick email.

We pre booked a cab to and from Corfu Airport and was more than happy with the driver who picked us up on time both ways and was very courteous. Unlike the majority of can firms we were also able

This is the first time using Cheap Taxis and it won't be the last. From our first enquiry about the service with Paul we felt confident booking.
The driver was waiting for us as we came out of baggage reclaim, he took us to the mini bus which was clean and comfortable. On the return journey we asked to change our pick up time and this was done straight away for us, the driver was spot on time for pick up. They even followed this up when we got home checking everything went well with our pick up.

Never used this service before, always, went on the coach transport. 😒but my son had used this taxi service. And told me they were very good. I will definitely be not going on the coach transport again. Will all ways go with this taxi company. Very helpful and professional.
