"Excellent service provided with this company. The customer service when obtaining a quotation and when booking was very efficient and friendly. They gave me peace of mind my driver would be there on my arrival to Venice Marco Polo airport. We were travelling to Dolomiti a long journey to the alps and we needed to feel our driver would be there. The driver was excellent, very friendly, welcoming and got us to pur destination safely. We had the same driver on our return journey which was a 6am pickup and they arrived on time, smiling and welcoming us on our return journey and we arrived in plenty time for our flight. The service throughout was perfect. I would highly recommend booking Cheap Taxis for reliability."

"Have used this service a couple of times over the past 2 years for our holiday transfers, on each occasion between Girona airport and our holiday resort in L’Estartit. Great service! The drivers have been friendly, helpful and professional, and the journeys have been very comfortable. The drivers have been ready and waiting when we arrived, and the return journey pick-ups were also prompt and at the time requested. I have found it easy to communicate to the office, and any issue addressed quickly (I put the wrong pick up date on one of my bookings, this was changed within minutes of me asking and without any hassle or charge). I’ve used the online booking system, communicated through e-mail to confirm details and used WhatsApp to message the driver on the day. Dependable, excellent service, would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future."

"Very clear instructions as to where the pickup would be in the arrival airport. Helpful and polite driver. Return journey just as efficient - driver arrived 10 mins in advance of time and dropped us at the appropriate area of the airport. Both cars spotlessly clean. To be honest I was nervous as I needed to pay in full on first journey, but I should not have worried. Would definitely highly recommend and use again . Much better value than a private transfer from holiday company and much quicker and comfortable than a coach transfer."

"Efficient transfer Company Don't be put off by the name of this Company. They are indeed cheap but besides that they offer an excellent service from start to finish! Booking confirmations are very detailed and although our flight was two hours late the driver was waiting at the appointed area and provided a swift transfer to our Hotel in Cala D'or. "Great Service Never used this service before and chose it based on the excellent reviews. Our driver was waiting for us at Benidorm airport with a name board as we were advised he would be. We were driven to our accommodation in a really clean car and we were collected at the time we arranged for our return journey - in fact the driver arrived 25 minutes ahead of schedule. Everyone we dealt with was polite, efficient and friendly and we will definitely use them again. Highly recommended."

"First class experience thanks paul. Booked our taxi transfers from alicante to benidorm. Was very unsure of what to expect. Everything went according to plan. Very professional. We were greeted at the airport by our driver. He didnt speak English. but he was very plesant he helped us with our cases. Our transport was clean and we had plenty of room. We paid for the return trip on arrival. I was a bit concerned but it's understandable to pay up front for your return journey. Who hasn't run out of money on holiday? Our return journey was booked for 7.45am and our flights were 11am travel time 1 hour. Our driver arrived at 7.30 again didn't speak English but very pleasant. Nice transport . Will have no hesitation to use again transfer time 45mins from the alicante airport to levante.perfect all you can ask thankyou for taking care of us."

"Had a wonderful experience with cheap taxis. They give a very quick and kind response to questions. We had an hour delay and I immediately informed them. I got a quick reply as confirmation of my message. The lady who brought us to our hotel in Spain (from Girona Airport) was very kind. She drove very careful as there was heavy rainfall and she helped me to get out of the van with my baby in the rain (who was asleep at the time). She covered him with a blanket so he wouldn't get wet. I wish I asked for her name because she deserves to be complimented. On our trip back to the airport (a week later), we had a nice driver again. He got us at the airport within 25 minutes. Both ways went perfect; accurate, kind and on time. The price and quality of the company is top notch and definitely not the last time we'll be using this company."

"Reus Airport Transfer Easy booking experience was followed by a flawless transfer. Punctual driver had clear name sign on arrival and the vehicle was modern and transferred my family to Salou within 15 minutes. Same for return with excellent communication from Paul and again a perfect ride back to the airport. "Last minute rescue 🛟 I was in a very tricky situation, whilst I was waiting inside London Stansted Airport Terminal for my departure flight, my travel plans from Fuerteventura Airport to the apartment got changed. I quickly had to search online to find airport transfer to Corralejo. Some companies refused to accept my booking due to not giving them advance notice. Paul from Cheap-taxis.com emailed me back to check if I needed anything as I was having some issues during the online form process. Myself and Paul were in constant communication via email and Paul quickly found me a taxi driver. The booking was confirmed as my plane was taxing to the runway. "Good Communication and Service Our flight landed in Fuerteventura on Wednesday 15 April slightly ahead of schedule and, surprisingly, we sailed through the EES with no trouble. No queue. Got a WhatsApp message from the driver to let me know he was waiting. Got our suitcases and headed out. Driver there with my name on display. Wheeled my wife's case to the car and took us to Corralejo. I made a change to the pick up time for the return trip which, in hindsight, wasn't necessary as the bag drop desks didn't open any earlier than usual. "100% recommend this company!!!!!!! We had a lovely driver that was waiting for us when we came into Reus Airport. Our mini van was very, very clean and had great (very appreciated) air con. He couldn't have been more helpful or friendly! The journey was pleasant and he dropped us off at reception and told us he would meet us there for our return journey. When collecting us to go back to the airport, he called to say that he was asked to go to the car park as it was very busy. He walked over to reception to meet us and to take our bags so we didn't have to. We carried our own bags but really appreciated that he was there to help. The driver Cosme was already waiting for us at the airport helped with our suitcase and the drive was very enjoyable, a nice chatty driver who was a very safe driver and comfortable 7 seater that was very comfortable we felt like royalty.
