Choosing a Cervinia transfer with enough room for your skis
Ski bags and snowboards require more space than ordinary holiday luggage, so it is important to select the correct vehicle.
The private taxi carries up to three passengers and standard suitcases but does not have room for skis or snowboards. If you are travelling with winter-sports equipment, choose the seven-passenger private minivan or the larger private minicoach.
The minivan’s exact capacity depends on the combination of passengers, suitcases, ski bags and snowboards. Larger groups of up to 20 passengers can travel together in the private minicoach.
Please declare every item of luggage and ski equipment during booking. This allows us to check the available space and avoid sending a vehicle that is too small for your group.
Where do we meet the driver at Turin Airport?
After collecting all your luggage, follow the large black EXIT signs displayed on the floor throughout the baggage-reclaim area.
Continue following these signs until you reach the double sliding doors marked Way Out. Walk through the doors and keep following the floor signs for a short distance into the main arrivals hall.
Your driver will be waiting in the centre of the arrivals hall, usually close to the large black freestanding EXIT sign.
They will be holding a board displaying the lead passenger’s name.

The usual journey heads towards the Aosta Valley on the A5 motorway before leaving at Châtillon–Saint-Vincent. From there, the transfer follows the SR46 through the Valtournenche valley, continuing uphill through the mountain villages towards Breuil-Cervinia.

As the road climbs towards the resort, snowfall, ski traffic and local conditions can increase the normal journey time.
