Nice clean car with a safe and professional driver who dealt well with the mid morning hold ups and jams into Manises/Valencia area. Pleasure to travel with, and we would use again.
With so many companies now offering ski transfers from Salzburg airport it's no wonder you can get confused about who to travel with.
At cheap-taxis.com we specialise in private airport transfers, we feel shuttle transfers are cheap but don't offer the level of service a private transfer would provide.
Prices online from Salzburg can vary widely so it is worth searching around, cheap-taxis.com we save you time doing this because we offer some of the lowest rates for private ski transfers. While most companies will ask you to pay upfront for your transfer which can be risky, with cheap-taxis.com you only pay £20.00 to secure, then pay the driver on arrival, risk-free!
To check these great rates from Salzburg airport simply use the deal search above and select your ski resort.
You will then be shown all the options you need depending on how many skiers are travelling.
Select your options and click to book, it's that easy.
Filling in the booking form should only take a few minutes and that's it.
When you arrive at Salzburg airport, your driver will be waiting for you as they will monitor your flight to ensure they are there on time.
Remember:
We offer private door to door transfer services only – cheap, but first-class - but don’t take the shuttle bus – why?
Because you could be stuck travelling up to 3 or 4 chalets before you reach yours!
In fact, this could add an hour to your journey 🙁
With cheap-taxis.com we take you directly to your hotel or chalet – no stops – direct – no hassle 🙂
Salzburg airport is located 3km from Salzburg city and even has its own motorway connection via the A1 and A10.
It has two terminals but terminal 2 hosts special guest chefs in hanger 7 which offers high ended restaurants.
Both terminals have good retail outlets offering a good selection of gifts, souvenirs, books and newspapers and both have a duty free shopping area.
It’s a small airport but very efficient and well run. If you are travelling with children there are play areas located in the Panorama marketplace located on the first floor in terminal 1. Good Wi-Fi connection throughout the airport.
The airport has very good disabled facilities, plenty of lifts and easy access doorways.
Need to post something? You can as Salzburg airport has its own post office.
On the upper level of terminal 1 is a great viewing deck and offer stunning views of the runway, so if you fancy a bit of plane spotting especially with the kids this is where to head to.
You can get flights from the following airlines; Aer Lingus (from Dublin and Cork), Air Baltic (Riga, Tallinn), Air Cairo and FlyEgypt (Hurghada)
British Airways (London Heathrow, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow), Jet2.com and easyJet (Amsterdam, Belfast International, Hamburg, Liverpool, London Gatwick, London Luton, Birmingham, Leeds)
Eurowings (Corfu, Gran Canaria , Heraklion, Terme), Olbia (Palma de Mallorca),
I-Fly and Pobeda (Moscow Vnukovo), Norwegian Air Shuttle (Bergen, Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Helsinki, London Gatwick, Oslo Gardermoen, Stavanger, Stockholm Arlanda) and Pegasus (Antalya).

This is the first time using Cheap Taxis and it won’t be the last. From our first enquiry about the service with Paul we felt confident booking.
The driver was waiting for us as we came out of baggage reclaim, he took us to the mini bus which was clean and comfortable. On the return journey we asked to change our pick up time and this was done straight away for us, the driver was spot on time for pick up. They even followed this up when we got home checking everything went well with our pick up.
