Every review from our travellers

"Reliable & Value for money Recently used cheap-taxis.com from Reus airport to Barra Roca. ( 30min trip ). Excellent service. Driver waiting for us , helpful, courteous & friendly. Vehicle spotless and had child seats included. Booked return and same service back. Will use again."

"100% recommend this company!!!!!!! We had a lovely driver that was waiting for us when we came into Reus Airport. Our mini van was very, very clean and had great (very appreciated) air con. He couldn't have been more helpful or friendly! The journey was pleasant and he dropped us off at reception and told us he would meet us there for our return journey. When collecting us to go back to the airport, he called to say that he was asked to go to the car park as it was very busy. He walked over to reception to meet us and to take our bags so we didn't have to. We carried our own bags but really appreciated that he was there to help. Would definitely recommend and will be using Cheap-taxis.com again"

"We used Cheap Taxis for a transfer from Reus Airport to La Pineda and back after a week. The driver Cosme was already waiting for us at the airport helped with our suitcase and the drive was very enjoyable, a nice chatty driver who was a very safe driver and comfortable 7 seater that was very comfortable we felt like royalty. Definitely recommend Cheap Taxis to everyone. The driver even had a surprise for us but I will not tell you what it was because that would spoil the fun if you get to use their services."

"Extremely well priced for our return journey was even able to add extra passengers for our return at a very competitive rate Very good communication as to where they would wait for us also text once we landed to let us know they were there and waiting Absolutely immaculately clean mini buses and very friendly drivers Would not hesitate to book these again or recommend to all I know Return journey Reus airport - Camping Playa Montroig 2026"

""Came about the site by chance. Excellent throughout. On landing we were greeted by two taxis to transfer our party of 8 to Salou. Super clean vehicles and friendly drivers. Pick up was bang on time. Communications were good and the owners follow up on your service 👍""

"Was perfect both rides on time , clean, comfort everything was just 100%. We will certainly recommend you to our family and friends. "

"Excellent service, pleasant driver, lovely comfortable car and perfect timing. "

"If I could give 6 stars I would. Transfer from Palma to Santa Ponsa Our plane arrived early and when I could see nobody there for us started to panic. No need. Quick call to the company confirmed the driver was 5 minutes away and he was. Return transfer the taxi arrived 5 minutes early and off we went. Both drivers very pleasant, new cars. What's not to like."

"I wanted to leave feedback as I'm sure other people are like me and worry about getting a good service but I can honestly say these guys are amazing. From my quote to booking to arriving late to Palma airport due to a flight delay and receiving a message as I landed to say that they were waiting for us in the terminal to our return journey where we were picked up bang on time and had lovely drivers too with amazing Aircon! Thanks all 😊 will definitely use you again! "

"We have just returned from Malcesine, Lake Garda where we used the services of Cheap Taxis. We were greeted on arrival at Verona airport by our driver and taken to a spotlessly clean Mercedes where we relaxed and enjoyed the hour plus drive to our hotel. Our return to the airport was equally pleasant with a different driver. We highly recommend this company and have already booked for our next trip to Italy."

"Fantastic communication from start of booking to pick up. Great prices and instructions for pick up. Collected my family and friends punctually and transported them safely to sunny Cala dor from Palma. Would highly recommend this taxi company"

"I used cheap taxis for a transfer from Milan Bergamo for myself and my two sons. Excellent communication and reasonable prices. I got a text the night before our transfer from our driver, Choin, confirming pickup details and how many booster seats I needed. Our flight was delayed an hour and when we landed it took us 2 hours to get through passport control! I was sure the driver would have left but when we got through Choin was there waiting. I was so grateful! On our return journey I needed to change the pickup time by an hour and this was organised easily the night before. I’d definitely recommend."

"Faultless service. We used this company to transport us from Verona airport to a hotel in Verona, then down to Salo in Lake Garda and finally back up to Verona airport. Each trip was problem free and the driver was either on time or early on each occasion. We were requested to pay a £15 deposit at the time of booking and then the remaining balance when we first met our driver at the airport. I was slightly concerned about this process but was reassured it was fine. Our contact, Paul was most helpful and arranged for a payment link that I could use for a credit card payment when we arrived and this worked perfectly. The price seemed extremely competitive compared to others. All the drivers were extremely professional and every vehicle was clean and comfortable. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and would most certainly use them again if ever we flew into Verona again."

"Travelling with two kids and a buggy and they sorted everything - child seats included, plenty of space. Flight was 90 minutes late and the driver was still there waiting. Brilliant service."

"Booked at midnight in a panic after our resort transfer fell through. Car was confirmed within minutes, driver waiting on arrival the next morning. Honestly saved our holiday - thank you."

"Driver was waiting at arrivals with a sign, just like they said. Lovely chap, spoke perfect English, knew exactly where our hotel was. Half the price the rep desk wanted to charge us. Booking again next year."

"We booked this company for transfer to and from Alicante airport for a 4 night stay. They we very professional, prompt timings, good driving, clean taxi and good communication. Would highly recommend"

"You can sometimes be nervous when buying something that promotes itself as 'cheap' but on this occasion the service provided both transfers to and from the airport felt anything but. The cars were really comfortable and immaculately presented and both drivers were very friendly and helpful. The return journey even made plans to take account of the Easter traffic, which we hadn't factored in. We've had a few interesting experiences in the past with other airport transfers, especially when asked to pay the full amount up front, but can't fault either driver or the overall experience in any way."

"Great service. Friendly drivers, clean cars. Will definitely use again"

"we have used this service many times and they have been extremely good. I would have no problem recommending the service to anyone. Really helpful drivers and always punctual. You will never have a coach transfer again from Alicante airport. Very reasonable price too, €120 return payable to the driver and just a £10 booking fee. Thanks for a brilliant stress free service."

"Good communications, good price, great, friendly driver - Andrejs, from Latvia, who enabled us to stock up at a down the valley supermarket to keep our self catering costs down. Really enjoyed chatting to him on way out and back. Frankly, I'm not sure the French are willing to compete"

"We always use this taxi company whenever we visit Fuerteventura and they are absolutely amazing every time. They’re always there to meet us right on arrival, and just as reliable when picking us up for our return journey. The drivers are friendly, always on time, and go out of their way to help with luggage, which makes everything so much easier after travelling. It’s such a comfort knowing we can rely on them without any stress. Highly recommend their service to anyone visiting!"

"Booked a return transfer from these guys from alicante airport into benidorm town and they were fantastic from start to finish.....on time and no problems at all, very easy to book and use and they keep in touch......will be using these guys again for sure...."

"Brilliant service. Used them 10 times over last 2 years to go from Alicante airport to benidorm. On time and best price"

"Great service used couple of times now. always great communication and get back to you straight away first class highly recommend"

"We used Verona airport transfers and we had a really good experience. After booking, we emailed to request a toddler seat, the communication was polite and prompt. There were different options of types of vehicles that could be booked and reasonably priced. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and the vehicle was also very clean, new and comfortable. Upon our return, we received great email communication again to confirm our pickup time. The driver arrived on time and was polite. I was apprehensive to pay in full for the return journey upon arrival at our hotel, but there were no issues at all. They accepted card payments too which was convenient. Can highly recommend"

"We used this taxi firm for the first time to take us to Lake Garda and everything went smoothly. Quick confirmation after I booked and our driver was punctual and friendly. Would recommend - prices are also cheaper than most other taxi firms."

"Picked up from Alicante airport 11/10/25 driver was waiting at the place we were told to wait . Very efficient and friendly, she helped me with my case , would definitely recommend and certainly use again."

"First time that I have used this company and my partner and I were very pleased with the service that we received. We arranged a taxi pick up from Palma airport to our hotel in Palmanover, then the return journey 7 days later, and everything went well. The fare was obviously a major factor in our decision to to go with this company, but we did discover slightly cheaper fares from Palmanova to Palma airport when we walked around Palmanover. We will be using Cheap-taxis.com again in December when we visit Futerventura so hopefully the experience will be just as fulfilling."

"This taxi company are very efficient. Very quick reply with quote and any other questions you have. We had to change the time of our pick up go to the airport. We emailed and they replied very quick confirming that they were able to fulfil our request. Clean cars and nice driver."
