Every review from our travellers

"Excellent; for value, communication, and helpfulness. Both drivers safe and prompt too. Went the extra mile to secure a car for my husband who had to unexpectedly take a later flight at very short notice. 10/10. I highly recommend them. Paul was fantastic throughout"

"Excellent service we were delayed 5 hours but were met at Alicante airport by our driver very friendly drove us to our hotel helped with the cases when we arrived. On our return trip he was at the hotel on time once again polite gentleman this is the second time I’ve used this taxi service & will continue to use them for future trip first class many thanks"

"I was very impressed with cheap-taxis.com. Firstly, they are great value for money. Much cheaper than competitive companies. Then when I booked they were very prompt in responding to any questions I had. On the day we were landing at Lyon airport the driver text me confirming he was monitoring the flight. Our flight was delayed and the driver arrived exactly where he said he would be. And the return journey was just as seamless, with the same driver. I highly recommend these guys and will be using them again."

"Top Class Professional ServiceWas alittle dubious about using this firm but the service provided was Simply Tremendous. Everything was top class and professional from the meet and greet, to the vehicle to everything being on time, totally seamless. Took so much stress out of our trip.Drivers were exceptionally friendly and nothing was a problem (we had a lot of luggage and 2 buggies 😊). Cost of transfers are very competitive. The small deposit you pay to secure your booking gives you the reassurance that the booking is 100% legitimate.I will be using your service every time I travel from now on and would recommend your service to everyone."

"Booked online for a return transfer from Alicante Airport. There were 9 of us including 2 young children and booster seats were provided free of charge. Lots of companies charge extra for these. Our driver was waiting at arrivals & he was very friendly and helped with our cases. We had to pay the fare when we arrived which can be a bit worrying but our driver was there early on our return date and waited patiently while we checked out of our apartments. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use them again. Thank you for an excellent service."

"Great service, drivers were on time for our transfers, very polite and helpful. So easy. We would certainly recommend this company to others and would definitely book again in future."

"I booked this service not having used them before, I checked first with previous reviews and looked to have happy customers. You can never tell if their true, however I can only say both outward and return pick ups were punctual and with lovely staff. Excellent communication throughout. I definitely recommend and will use their services againThank you"

"We’ve just returned from a week long stay in Mallorca and cannot recommend this company highly enough. I’ll admit I was a bit dubious about using cheap-taxis.com at first as it just seemed too good to be true (WAY cheaper than everyone else for a return journey and only a small upfront deposit). But the service we received was totally faultless. Clear, concise instructions in advance on where and how to meet our driver, who was waiting for us on arrival at Palma. Similarly, on the way back, our driver arrived at our accommodation exactly on time. Both vehicles were new, clean, and air conditioned. It feels a bit odd to pay for both journeys in cash upfront but we really needn’t have worried. We’re heading to Lanzarote at Christmas and will definitely use cheap-taxis.com again!"

"Just used cheap taxis.com for hour long transfer from Palma airport and return 5 days later. Absolutely faultless service, I needed to amend our booking which was handled promptly and efficiently. The driver was waiting for us on both occasions exactly on time, was very friendly and drove very safely. The vehicle was a new high end Mercedes. I would not hesitate in using them again"

"We used cheap-taxis.com for airport transfers from Girona to L’Estartit and return for 5 people. Driver ‘Jesus’ was very friendly, safe and competent driver. Well maintained comfortable and clean car. Car arrived on time. We would definitely use this service again in the future."

"Excellent service. Waiting for us on arrival at Alicante, smooth journey to Cabo Roig and no fuss when we struggled to find the complex( out first visit! ) Return journey just as efficient. Have booked them again for our next trip at the end of this month."

"We used ‘Cheap Taxis’ when we travelled from Milan Bergamo to Camping Bella Italia.Customer service was excellent, Paul was so helpful, quick to reply and answer our queries when we emailed. The drivers were both lovely, our arrival flight was delayed and I worried that we had missed our transfer, but the driver was there with a sign when we arrived and helped us with our luggage. The car seat was also there for our daughter too as promised. The vehicles were modern, very comfortable and had air conditioning.A great price, and a great service we would most definitely use again!Thank you!!"

"We used Cheap Taxis for our transfer from the airport in Gran Canaria to our hotel and back again at the end of our holiday. From the first contact, this company have been very efficient, polite, helpful and very reliable. They respond to any queries you may have quickly and are extremely reliable. Both pick up were on time with a friendly face to great you. We will definitely use them again"

"We used this service 'cheap taxis' from Palma airport to Puerto Pollensa in July 2022. Absolutely brilliant service...awaiting us at the airport on arrival and also arriving in plenty of time at our apart for our return journey. Driver was very pleasant and so helpful and car was very comfortable and spacious and air conditioned. We will def use this service again ."

"The driver was waiting for us when we arrived. He was polite and efficient. Our return driver picked us up on time and was equally efficient. Our experience with Cheap Taxis was very positive and we will use them again on our next trip."

"Our transfers were fantastic. Pick ups were on time. Our flight going out was delayed so I was afraid we would have missed the transfer but Marco was there when we arrived. Drivers were so lovely and very helpful with our bags. The cars were spotless and very comfortable and the sweets and chargers were a lovely bonus for the kids. I would highly recommend your services to everyone."

"Initially wasn't sure about this company, and was actually suspicious about all of the 5 star reviews. However have to say that everything was as smooth as could be hoped for. Taxis from Geneva to Chamonix and back were on time. Communication from the driver was excellent and we were able to change pick up time on the way back as concerned about Geneva rush hour. Taxi still arrived in Chamonix 20 minutes early to pick us up. The price was excellent compared to other companies and despite misgivings about paying the full fare after the first trip, would thoroughly recommend using this company. Thank you and will be using you again at some stage.I am adding this comment after the reply below.Am totally happy to say that any concerns that I had were completely unfounded and the whole process was excellent throughout. Very grateful to Paul and his team for such a high quality service."

"After checking reviews for various companies we stumbled across Cheap-taxis. What a find !!!! 2 families 7 passengers. Booking was very easy. We headed to Feurtaventura and hoped for something good. We didn't get good .... we got great. Easy to find, spotless minibuses, prompt service. A great experience which exceeded our expectations. We would recommend to anyone and will definitely use again."

"Peter was awesome. Transfer Grenoble to les2Aples return. Driver was Very facilitating given the Grenoble delays. Great communication and service. I would recommend you and use you again as a result. Really competitive on price"

"Very easy to book online with an immediate confirmation of price. On arrival at Tenerife airport the driver was waiting for us and provided us with a safe journey to our accommodation in a spotlessly clean vehicle. On our final day, a driver was bang on time and again in a spotlessly clean vehicle. I can highly recommend cheap-taxis.com."

"Excellent service, easy to book online. Driver was punctual and polite. We would definitely use cheap taxis again."

"Fantastic service in Gran Canaria, at first we were a bit unsure about Cheap taxi’s especially when we had to pay the driver when the dropped us off at the apartment, we were a bit frightened that they wouldn’t be there to pick us up on our return to the airport. We needn’t of worried they were there before pick up time. We would definitely recommend cheap-taxis and we will be using them again."
