"Just a quick note to say thank you. Our service was excellent. The instructions on arrival were easy to follow, and despite us being delayed the driver was waiting for us with a smile. Both drivers were really good, on time, polite and helpful and the car was clean and well maintained. Will definitely be using your company again."

"Best taxi I've ever taken! We were 7 people and got very nice and comfortable cars both to the hotel and the airport in Mallorca at a very reasonable price considering the distance. Super satisfied! Highly recommended! Best regards Thomas"

"Great service - would highly recommend"

"I have used Cheap Taxis previously and will use again. Drivers keep you fully informed and very friendly and helpful. Taxis very good condition and lovely air con. Have recommended to friends and they have all been impressed."

"Excellent service. No waiting for the taxis. Both drivers were on time."

"Really reliable and comfortable drive. Extremely cheap considering the distance travelled from airport to hotel. Our driver (Alex) was extremely friendly and easy to find when we arrived at airport. Our arrival flight was delayed and taxi service stayed up to date with flight to know when to collect us from airport. Would use again."

"I have been using cheap-taxis for years, mainly for transfers between Palma Airport and Puerto Pollensa and have always received excellent service that is more akin to a chauffeur service. The drivers are always on time; very pleasant and courteous, with cars of a high standard, clean and with air con. I have also used cheap-taxis as a sole traveller and have felt safe when doing so. The booking process is easy and Paul is always accessible to handle any queries or additional changes very quickly. Pricing is very competitive. I would wholly recommend them."

"Flew into Alicante airport and stayed in Benidorm, used cheap taxis.com for the first time and was really pleased I did. Everything went smoothly and the drivers were nice and polite, will be using them again in October and would definitely recommend"

"Great service, great communication and Paul was very accommodating in contact with details when I had to change the booking in Mallorca, at times of the day I haven't seen anywhere else (does he ever rest?). The pickup was on time and very comfortable and the trip duration was as described. We will be using them again in Oct. Thanks Mark"

"Great service! Booked return from airport to corralejo driver was waiting for us on arrival, return driver was early would definitely recommend."

"We booked transfer through Cheap Taxis this time last year from Fuerteventura airport to El Cotillo and again this time around for our February break. The service is excellent; reassuring & clear communication before travel and both drivers were extremely pleasant and on the journeys to & from the airport. Highly recommended once again."

"We hired Taxis for the transfer to and from Fuerteventura airport to Correlejo. Our driver met us with a clear sign and the ride was clean quick and courteous. On the way back, the driver was there bang on time and got us to the airport with lots of time for our flight. Communication from the company was also clear and prompt. Definitely recommend."

"The whole process was excellent. When we arrived at the airport our driver was there holding up a card and the transfer was good. The transfer back was also good. Reconfirming with you was straightforward. The driver was there at the agreed time and drove us back to the airport with no problems. What also gave me confidence was that, while booking, had managed to autofill my home address into the destination box! I was anticipating a nightmare, but when I emailed you Paul got back to me within a couple of hours and it was all sorted out for me. Your taxi transfers are reasonably priced and the service, online and when in Fuerteventura, was excellent. We will definitely use you on our next visit,"

"Booked taxis to collect from Alicante airport plus the return trip. Driver was exactly on time and a really great service with easy and clear meeting points. Will definitely use again!"

"Paul and the team here never let us down. Always waiting patiently for us when we arrive. Used about 8 times now and the experience always flawless."

"Excellent communications: emails confirm all details clearly and direct text from driver the day before give name & direct mobile. Drivers: safe, punctual and obliging. By far the best transfer company I have travelled with over 30 ski trips."

"Great communication form office and drivers to keep us informed at all times. Drivers were early on both outbound and return journeys. Also very friendly and chatty. Helped load all cases. We had 2x 8 seater minibuses both very clean and tidy. Highly recommended."

"Top service, driver on time both ways, saved 50% on usual airport taxis, will definitely use again"

"Excellent service; high quality, always on time, very reliable and courteous, safe drivers. We have used this taxi service for several years when we holiday in Desanzano. Communication with the firm is excellent; we got prompt replies and the drivers have always been on time; waiting for us at the airport and arriving early for the return journey. I would recommend them highly and will use them again when we return to Italy."

"Brilliant service end to end great communication from the drivers when we arrived I got a call from the driver saying where to meet him . On the return the driver turned up 10 minutes early. By far the cheapest company I checked out for the 10 of us. It’s a 10 out of 10 from me 👏🏼🤗"

"Brilliant company can’t praise them enough. The contact in the uk via email was amazing, they got back to you within an hour whenever you queried anything. The pick up at Tenerife airport was brilliant, driver was waiting with our names on a board, he was very courteous and taxi was spotlessly clean. The return was just as good with the driver being spot on time and again very professional. Thank you to all concerned for helping to make our holiday a wonderful experience, we shall definitely be using you again."

"e arrived at Alicante airport to be met in the arrivals hall by the driver for our journey to Benidorm, on arrival in Benidorm we could not access the accommodation, without hesitation he turned the taxi around and took us into the centre to the offices who had the keys to the apartment, they were in a shopping precent, he parked the taxi up and set off on foot to locate the offices, would only leave us once he found them,on the 15th September 2024 on our return from Benidorm to Alicante airport we were picked up by a different driver, on arrival and after about 15 minutes after the taxi had dropped us off one of our party realised he had dropped his passport, mobile phone and wallet in the taxi, I called the main office and spoke to a gentleman called Carlo, he told me not to worry he would arrange for the driver to return and for me to go outside and wait for him, sure enough he did"

"I was in a very tricky situation, whilst I was waiting inside London Stansted Airport Terminal for my departure flight, my travel plans from Fuerteventura Airport to the apartment got changed. I quickly had to search online to find airport transfer to Corralejo. Some companies refused to accept my booking due to not giving them advance notice. Paul from Cheap-taxis.com emailed me back to check if I needed anything as I was having some issues during the online form process. Myself and Paul were in constant communication via email and Paul quickly found me a taxi driver. The booking was confirmed as my plane was taxing to the runway. When I arrived to my destination, the taxi driver was ready waiting for me in the arrival area with my name on the board. 😊 I would like to say thank you to Paul who came to my rescue. Great service!I will definitely use cheap taxi again in the future."

"We are just back from a week in Majorca (24.8.24) and booked cheap taxis based on the recommendations. The service and communications were excellent. We were an hour delayed coming in, but still there waiting for us. Our resort was an hour away from the airport and pleased we booked the taxi as the 'bus transfer' would have took far longer! Plus cost of the taxi - which was clean and comfortable was only about £15 euros more than the bus transfer cost (worth every penny) particularly as our return was 4.00am on a Saturday morning and the mini bus taxi was there on time. Totally 'hassle free, affordable and efficient service and would recommend to all."
